Actics is very exiting tool which has become an important part of Experience Design Lab and what we do.

Actics is about turning ethics into action, with the help of those who matter to you the most.
Actics was created to:
1. Make ethics more tangible.
2. Help users navigate between the demands of multiple proxies.
3. Measure users’ ethical performance against their own values, instead of detached universal codes, and in doing so, establish significant ethical benchmarking.
Philosophy
The Actics community is based around a philosophy of ethics which consists of three elements:
1. Proximity
People behave most ethically towards those who are closest to them. Actics promotes ethical behavior by increasing the feeling of proximity between individuals.
2. Create the most ethical bang for the buck
Actics helps individuals and companies identify actions that offer the greatest ethical value, given limited resources.
3. Improve and include
As you get better at creating ethical value for yourself and your proxies, you can expand your proxy network to include more people. Do more good, better.
